££October: Hong Kong Land Holdings Company and Longhu Real Estate Company formally signed a cooperation agreement to build Dazhulin International Business Life Center in the northern new developed area of Chongqing. This marked the 1st time for a Fortune 500 enterprise to enter Chongqing real estate market.

2005
££March: Beijing Longhu Company obtained the grade ¢ñ authorization to implement the Shunyi District Dongfeng Marketplace Area Reconstruction Project.
